Sunday Olota is a Consultant with the United Nations Development Programme's Global Policy Network, specialising in energy, climate change, and mitigation. He brings 15 years of experience in oil and gas project execution planning and management, having contributed to major upstream capital projects with ExxonMobil, Shell, and Cenovus across Europe, Africa, and North America.

Sunday is actively engaged in shaping dialogue at the intersection of regulation, policy, and project finance for carbon capture, utilisation, storage, and transportation, aligned with the UNDP's SDG 7 on energy access.
